Be Kind To Your Feet with Superdrug Comfort

Be Kind To Your Feet with Superdrug Comfort

There was a time, around six years ago when I wore heels every day.  I could even run in them.

However, something happened since I had the boys.  Years of wearing trainers or – let’s face it – just being in slippers all day, has meant my high heel tolerance (or shoes in general) has somewhat diminished.  These days when I put my shoes on to go anywhere smart or exciting, it hurts beyond belief!

So I was really excited to be asked to test our the Superdrug Comfort range

Superdrug Comfort range

I have been testing out the Insoles and the Heel Cushions and been so impressed with the quality and the difference it makes to my feet!

Both products are so easy to use and apply. They have an adhesive to keep them in place.

Superdrug Comfort Insole

These did a great job at stopping my foot slipping forward. I found at the end of the day my feet didn’t ache and I had no blisters or anything.  Which is the first time in a long time!  The insole was still sitting perfectly in place at the end of a long day.  I work as a reporter and I am often out on jobs that include a lot of standing around, then a lot of hurrying about when things get started.  This did the job perfectly.

Superdrug Heel Cushions

I dont know about anyone else but I actually have scars on the back of my heel from shoes that have ripped them to shreds.  So I very much welcomed these for the back of my shoe.  They fitted perfectly at the back, stuck on easily and stayed in place all day.

I would definitely buy these products going forward.  I think they are a must have for someone who is on their feet a lot or if you are breaking in some new shoes!

I am so wishing I read this before today. I have been on my feet for four hours presenting in heels today (because it gives me more confidence) but by the end of it my feet ached! If I had managed to get these before hand it would have helped massively! They are going on my shopping list this weekend x

These may just tempt me back into heels! I haven’t been able to wear them since having kids but these do sound good! x

I’m not a heel wearer, except for wedding and the likes when I kind of have to. Maybe if I gave these bad boys a go, I’d be a changed, taller woman! I’ll be keeping an eye out when I’m up North.

Ooh I tried some of these heels cushions on a recently hen night as I literally cannot cope with heels these days! They did help to a point but by 5am (I KNOW!!!) my shoes were off and I was hobbling (okay staggering) around so my feet were still sore the next day! Had I returned home at a decent hour I’m sure my feet would have been just fine!

I’ve not worn heels in over 3 years. I could only really walk in them when I was drunk before.

I used to be so good in heels too but I’ve no idea whats happened! Those heel cushions would certainly save the back of my heels from being shredded, and I’m quite keen on the idea of a comfort insole to make standing in them all day at a wedding more bearable!

Great product tip – I have to switch from sandals or Ugg boots to high heel when I have business meetings and it can be a killer. These look like they could be the answer x
