So many Bloggers, so little time…
There are many bloggers that I love and follow religiously. Some of which inspire me. Some make me laugh Some make me cry. Some make me sit up and take notice.
For this post I wanted to share some blogging love, here are a selection of blogs that I love to read:
This blog is pretty popular these days, I have followed it for years.
It is a very real account of motherhood, the good the bad and the ugly. She doesnt gloss over the hard stuff. She makes me laugh, cry and nod my head in agreement.
I have just read her book too, which didn’t disappoint.
Wow, this blog is incredibly inspiring and definitely fits into the ‘sit up and take notice’ category. It covers topics that are sometimes hard to digest but important to pay attention to.
Emma says: “Let Me Shock, Amaze But Inspire You”. This blog will certainly deliver that promise.
The incredibly thing about Emma who runs the blog is that, despite being through so much in her life, she started this blog to help others. And, she has done just that.
Emma doesn’t stop at just normal blogging, she has guests write for her – sometimes anonymously – runs a Facebook Support Group for mothers and provides information for those that need it. Inspiring lady that is for sure.
Favourite Blog Posts:
I very much enjoy reading Debbie’s posts. She provides some incredibly helpful guides on blogging, which I have found invaluable. She doesn’t just stick to one niche and that is what I love about her. Variety is the spice of life after all!
Debbie is also taking part in the #atozchallenge. Her series of dark fiction posts are a must read. I think she needs to write a book, if she did I would buy it!
She also runs a link-up every Monday for all you bloggers out there: #anythinggoes.
The Anxious Dragon
Tracey at the Anxious Dragon is another inspiring lady, who has been through an incredible amount in her life. Her blog is a brilliant mix of funny, thought-provoking and inspiring.
- I’m (not) a survivor
- Its Mine (Kids won’t share)
- 5 things parents never stop doing
She runs a couple of link-ups #abitofeverything and #happydiaries.
And 1 more makes 3
Leah is another incredible writer, she does a wide variety of posts, covering her mental health issues, parenting, health and has also ventured into the scary world of Vlogging!
She started up the Facebook group Bloggers followers/friends which has been a bit of a lifeline for me as a new blogger.
Best post for me by far was her youtube video “what does mental health issues look like” Inspiring and thought-provoking stuff.
- Internet Safety – keep your kids safe online
- Social Media is not for the faint hearted
- What does someone with mental health issues look like?
Leah runs a linky #iwouldlikeyouto
Gemma is such a witty writer, she makes me laugh daily and it has been known for me to spit out my coffee when reading her posts.
She has pretty much nailed Peppa Pig and how most parents feel about her!
Sassy at Thinking out loud is a disability blogger. She is raising awareness and sharing her story about what it is like to live with a disability.
She has recently started a monthly Disability Q & A campaign. She is raising awareness of the variety of visual impairments and disabilities, that there are in the world
I really enjoy reading this blog, which is a fictional narrative on all things woman/mother/wife/daughter/friend. She says her blog is based loosely on events and people everyone talks about on Facebook.
Recently she posted a brilliant post about formulas feeders, which went onto be featured on the Huffington Post.
However, if you are going to check out any of her posts please read Cinder-Frecker! Just do it, I cant explain it and do it justice!
She runs a link up with The Anxious Dragon #abitofeverything.
These are just a few of my favourite blogs at the moment! There are so many more that I regularly read and it was hard to narrow it down to just a few. I definitely plan to do another post like this to highlight some other blogs I love !
