Habit I wished I didn’t have

I really wish I didn’t doubt myself all the time.

I constantly worry about things I have said or done/not done.  I hate the thought of having offended someone.

I worry about everything:

Have I switched the coffee machine off?

Did I say the wrong thing?

Did I do the wrong thing?

Do I talk to much?  Although I realise the answer to this one is yes!!!

I think life would be easier if I didn’t overthink everything!
